As some of us get to return to the office after a year of Covid lockdowns, I thought this blog needed resurfacing! We all can improve and as my 9 year old says, there is always room to get better! A few things to consider before headed back into your office.
I believe strongly in the power of reading. Reading development books on leadership, marketing and the such can impact a person’s professional outlook.
Is leadership a skill set you’re born with or is it something you can develop? Can it be a hybrid? Are we born this way?
I look at an employee and see their potential and hope they become the best version of themselves. It’s hard to coach employees who see if they make changes in behavior for work they are being two-faced. Most of these employees can’t see the forest through the trees and miss incredible opportunities to grow. I guess they’ve not heard the saying “Fake it until you Make it”?
