My Toolbox: PowerSheets Intentional Goal Planning
THE ULTIMATE GOAL PLANNER.
The PowerSheets® One-Year Goal Planner is ready to help you uncover intentional goals and live them out. From love-at-home moms to students, entrepreneurs, and empty nesters, the PowerSheets are for anyone who desires a grace-filled system that works. The Planner runs a full calendar year and was designed by Lara Casey of Southern Weddings.
I love my powersheets. I was first introduced by a sweet Junior League friend who I admire wholeheartedly. While taking part of a leadership program through the Junior League of Fort Worth, I had the opportunity to use a 6 month powersheet guide.
This goal planning book really motivated me and kept me aligned with my values, life goals and family. It isn’t a checklist, a timeline or a to do list, rather it is a “tending” list very much like a garden. We know the desired outcome of a garden – in this case we will use a tomato plant as an example. We know if we want beautiful tomatoes they must have good soil, plenty of water and glorious sunshine. In most cases when it comes to goals, we aren’t quite sure what all the goals need to become realized. This powersheet format helps break down the BIG goal in smaller actions. Did I already say I love my powersheets?
Lara says it best ” Goals can be overwhelming if they aren’t connected to what matters. They can make life busier. I don’t want a to do list for my life; I want a clear, meaningful path. I want to know I’m living with intention and purpose instead of living by accident. Powerful goals – meaningful goals- simplify life and help you take action. The PowerSheets were designed to help you cultivate what matters most, little by little, with some big leaps along the way – no perfection required.”
What do I want to cultivate? I want to fill my life with healthy living, support my sister and create family traditions. I will create meaningful moments with each of my boys and celebrate more; family, friends and my husband. I want to ooze with gratitude, love for my husband and coaching those around me to be the best they can be.
What will you cultivate this year?
I hope to hear about your goal setting and how you cultivate your life!
Cheers – Amy
