Children, young ladies and gents are to be enjoyed and treasured. It can be hard to treasure our little loves if they are rude, messy and just not pleasant. As a former Catering Director, Certified Wedding Coordinator, Event Planner and restaurant General Manager, I have over twenty years of hospitality experience. I am proficient in social and business etiquette, table manners and proper food service and placements. I love teaching young people how to shine in social settings, and while dining. I know you will be thankful they attended!

Private Cotillion for Schools and Organizations
We offer three sessions of cotillion programming created for 5th – 8th graders at your location of choice based on your schedule.
1st Session
First Impressions: Introductions and Handshakes, Escort Positions and General Courtesies
Fox Trot and Waltz
2nd Session
Relationship Building, Communication Courtesies, Digital Etiquette
Merengue and Swing
Third Session
Dining Etiquette & Manners and Hosting Etiquette
Texas Two Step and Line Dances
Investment starts at $50 per student, minimum of 50 students. Host provides location, snacks, plus chaperones.

Life Skills Workshops for Families
Mothers & Sons:
Join us for a unique and engaging class designed just for mothers and their elementary-aged boys. This interactive workshop is the perfect opportunity to strengthen your bond while learning valuable skills that will last a lifetime. Together, you’ll practice the foundations of confidence, respect and kindness—skills every young gentleman needs to grow into a polished and thoughtful young man.
Dads & Daughters:
Create unforgettable memories while helping your daughter grow in confidence and poise! This interactive class is designed for fathers and their elementary-aged daughters to learn side by side, building important life skills in a fun and supportive setting. Together, you’ll discover how respect, kindness and confidence shape strong character both at home and in the wider world.
During this workshop, you and your daughter/son will explore:
Making a Great First Impression – Learn how to greet others with confidence, build friendships and communicate clearly.
Respect & Thoughtful Choices – Understand how small actions show big character, at home and in public.
Hosting Friends & Sleepover Behavior – Explore how to navigate social situations with ease.
Mastering Tabletop Manners Workshop for Teens
Interested in scheduling an interactive three-course dining etiquette experience designed to help teens master table manners, communication and confidence in any setting? These skills will be important for interviews, networking events and social gatherings as students mature.
- Hands-on learning in a real dining setting
- Led by an experienced etiquette coach
- Small class size for personalized attention
Location is based on date, availability and group size.
Recommended Schedule:
5:30pm: Arrival and Introductions
6:00pm: Dinner Service
7:00pm: Conclusion
7:10pm: Pickup
Dress Attire:
This is an event where attention to grooming is appreciated. Ladies are encouraged to wear conservative Sunday dresses, pants or skirts paired with dress shoes. Gentlemen should opt for khaki pants, white dress shirts, and either navy or black blazers. Ties are not required. Jeans, athletic shoes or flip flops are not permitted.
Middle School Etiquette & Manners Program
Coordinate a private group of 8 – 12 students (5th -8th grade) for two meals arranged on your schedule. Per person fee doesn’t include the meals. Restaurant selection and menu are subject to host’s preference and schedule.

About Elite Cotillion & Etiquette
Students experience more digital than face to face interaction on any given day. Good manners and polite behavior isn’t always a priority and so many students don’t have the chance to see good behavior modeled outside of the home. We find that peer reinforcement is powerful.
My family, including my two sons jumped at the opportunity to assist in the creation and naming of the company. They will be teaching assistants and demonstrate etiquette and dance lessons. They both danced competitively growing up and are going to make sure the music and dance lessons are relevant and enjoyable to today’s students.
We offer private etiquette lessons, tabletop manners training courses and camps as well as a traditional Cotillion program curated for schools and organizations. Depending on the age of the class, we include lessons about how to act while hosting or attending a sleepover, play date and/or a date. Manners and polite behavior have a direct impact on our community. We improve and bring awareness to positive behaviors – teaching our students how to treat others well. Southern Hospitality is not an attitude of the past and we strive to pass it down to the youngest in our community.

Our students understand how positive behavior impacts others, and their own lives, for the better. Below are our students’ favorite tabletop manners that they claim helped them feel more confident while in a social situation.
- Using utensils properly and knowing which one to use for different foods.
- Knowing how to sit, act and make proper conversation while at the table.
- Chewing with mouths closed and taking small bites.
- Not talking with food in our mouths.
- Not having elbows on the table.
